Today, I'm collaborating with local restaurateur , Kyle Noonan. As usual, I asked him JP's 3, photographed him & discussed why his outfit makes a fashment.

Question 1: Kyle, you and your business partner, Josh Sepkowitz are quite successful restaurateurs with businesses like Bowl & Barrel, Mutts Canine Cantina & The Rustic. What goes into the process of starting and continuing to make a business successful?

“Kyle: -Identify a problem and a solution.
-Be firm in your goal, but malleable on the path. Things never go according to plan. You can’t stop progress from reaching your end goal, because it’s not going the exact way YOU thought it should go.
-Be willing to be broke while you are reaching your goal.
-Put yourself last. Your goal, your customer and your team all come before yourself.
-Stay patient and be persistent. ”

Question 2: Your Instagram definitely showcases your vibrant personality, delicious food & living it up in Dallas. If I were to ask you to describe yourself in 3 words, what would they be?

“Kyle: Hungry for more.”

Question 3: Complete this sentence for me, if it wasn’t for blank, I wouldn’t be who I am today? Who is that person that you contribute to your success?

“Kyle: If it wasn’t for my KIDS, I wouldn’t be who I am today. They are the driving force to live a life that inspires.”

BONUS: I absolutely think your company name, FreeRange Concepts, is genius. You and Josh are literally having “free range” to what y’all both pictured it would be is golden. Please give me the scoop if Dallasites like myself are going to experience another successful business in this new decade?
